A Quick Message From Pascal

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You know your material. But when all eyes are on you, your heart races, your mind goes blank, and you stop performing like yourself.

So you avoid volunteering to present. You stay quiet in meetings, hesitate before pitches, and pass up opportunities that could move your career forward.

This workshop teaches you how to manage the mental game, so you can perform even when the pressure is high.

MY STORY

Why A Comedian Is Teaching This

Public speaking is one of the biggest fears for a lot of people, and it was for me too. Even after hundreds of shows, the nerves came back in the bigger moments, like the day I did stand-up on Comedy Central. Despite everything I'd already been through on stage, it still felt like my very first time.

These are mental tools, not talent. I studied performance and sports psychology, looked at what makes top performers in other high-pressure fields excel, and applied it to public speaking. The tools have nothing to do with jokes and everything to do with controlling your nervous system under pressure.

That's exactly what this workshop teaches. Whether you're about to present to your team, walk into a board meeting, or pitch investors, it's the same mental game I use before every show. Learn to control it once, and you can carry it into any high-pressure room for the rest of your career.

FAQ

Yes, absolutely. This interactive workshop is designed to equip you with skills to be in mental peak condition to give a previously "nerve-racking" speech, all at no cost to you.

After the workshop, you can work on your mental game for public speaking on your own. However, mental training is just like physical training. If you want to really improve at a much faster speed, it's best to have a coach to give you a tailored training program and to keep you accountable. You can reach out after the workshop for more info on personal coaching.

Nope! These tools apply to any kind of public speaking: team meetings, investor pitches, keynotes, sales calls, job interviews, you name it. Stand-up is just the most extreme version of the same pressure, which is exactly why tools built for it work everywhere else too.

It's a live workshop, not just a recording. This means you can ask questions as well.

Nope! I've attended workshops where it's only theory and I think they're not very useful... because they're BORING!!!! Of course, there will be some theory, but mainly, we will do interactive exercises together to give you the skills to remain calm under pressure and perform at your best.

No need! Just show up to the workshop with an internet connection.

Via Zoom. Once you're registered, I will send you the link via email.

No. This is a small, interactive live workshop. You'll be invited to participate in exercises, and you'll join on video.

I ask everyone to join on video, because the exercises and feedback work much better when we can see each other. If you have any concerns about participating on camera, just reply to any of my emails and let me know.

Yes, for my private review and improvement. Participant footage is not published or used publicly without separate permission.
